I want to help you start growing through what you’re going through.
When we work together, I don't come in as some expert claiming to have all the answers. I’m here as your collaborator and a real, authentic person in the room who has lived my own challenges and wants to see you through yours.
Together, we’ll take a step back from the day-to-day problems and notice what’s really coming up for you. We’ll explore the thoughts that tend to spiral and the reactions you wish you had more control over, getting curious about where they come from. As you start to make the unconscious conscious, you’ll create more space to respond thoughtfully to life’s challenges instead of being led by emotion.
This work isn’t aimed at “fixing” you or turning you into someone you’re not. Instead, our goal is to grow your capacity to handle hard things and build the kind of life and relationships that make it all feel worth it.

You’ve tried to move on from what happened in your past, but certain memories or patterns keep pulling you back. Maybe your mind keeps replaying painful experiences from your childhood, previous relationships, or the faith that shaped what you believe about your worth.
Using EMDR, we’ll revisit those experiences in a safe, intentional way so they no longer have the same hold on you. Over time, you’ll be able to think about what happened without being consumed by it and begin to actually enjoy life in the present.

Even though you know you love one another, it’s been feeling harder and harder to really reach each other. You’re tired of having the same arguments or avoiding conversations altogether because they never seem to go anywhere. And if trust has been broken by infidelity, or you’re stuck in a cycle of resentment and defensiveness, repairing things on your own can seem impossible.
Together, we’ll slow down and explore what’s really happening between you—the dynamics you may or may not realize are at play—and then practice new ways of connecting that help you both feel seen, heard, and on the same team again.

Becoming a dad changes everything from your routines to your relationship with your partner, not to mention how you see your own self and your role in your family. You’re trying to balance work, home life, and this whole new identity—and you often wonder whether you’re doing enough. Some days you feel proud and on top of things, and other days you feel invisible and unsure if you’re cut out for this at all.
